    • Rotates 180° (for symmetrical parts like toothbrush handles).

    • Uses sliders (for complex, non-symmetrical parts like seals).

(3) Second Injection (Material B)

  • Material B (e.g., TPE, LSR, or a different-colored plastic) is injected, bonding with Material A.

(4) Cooling & Ejection
