Quality Inspecton Main Procedure
Preparation before inspection 1. Understand parts drawings, process documents and other related technical information; 2. Prepare inspection instruments, measuring tools and tools as required; 3. Check whether the mold surface is complete and clean; 4. Check the accuracy, coordination and assembly quality of the mold parts.
Main Inspection Items 1. Mold dimension inspection: including dimensional tolerance, parallelism, verticality and other inspection items. The tools used for inspection include CMM, Projector , vernier calipers, outer diameter micrometers, height gauges, etc. 2. Surface quality inspection: including surface finish, surface hardness and surface roughness inspection items. The tools used for inspection include finish meter, hardness meter, surface roughness meter, etc. 3. Functional test: including the mold opening and closing, injection and other functional test items. The inspection tools used include observation inspection and testing machine inspection. 4. Material inspection: the material inspection certificate .
