Q What infomation should I offer to get a quote ?
A When you want to get a mold quote and moulding quote, normally below basic infomation is needed :
1. product drawing : you can offer the 2D drawing and/ or 3D drawing, so we can check your product dimensions and structure and weight, and we can know the mold design structure to work out the mold dimensions and weight. The 3D drawing in STP , STEP and X-T format is preferred.
If don't have the technical drawing, only with photo, pls send us the photo in different views and mark the dimensions in the part . Or send us the physical sample to our address:

2. product material: the product physical property affect the plastic injection mold steel option and mold price. if you don't know what plastic resin is suitable for your product, you can let us know what is your product and the requirements, we can propose the suitable type of plastic raw material resin.
3. Your project forecast QTY, so that we can propose the suitable mold solution, such as the cavity solution , mold steel selection.
