A: Yes, we support 1+1, 1×4 or hot runner modification; gate type can be changed to side gate / pinpoint gate upon your appearance request.
Q2: Is 738H suitable for high filling light-blocking ABS?
A: Yes, 738H pre-hardened steel balances polishability and stability for medium-run production; for higher volume, we can upgrade to 1.2344 or S136.
Q3: Can you provide molded samples after mold trial?
A: Sure, we supply T1 samples for dimension & light blocking test before mass production.
Q4: What file format do you accept?
A: STEP, IGES, STP, X_T, DWG, PDF are all acceptable.
