This project is a medical product, with mainly the plastic injection part, some rubber parts,

And one aluminum part and soft tubes .

Customer have one 120T and one 130T of Haitian injection machine, extrusion machines.

So we propose customer the injection molds solutions:

Mold cavity number : 4 cavity .

the gate: sub gate , the part and runner can separate by itself.

The mold steel : STAVAX Stainess steel ( the Sweden S136)

Mold base and mold componets : LKM

The surface finshed : Polished , A1

The thread released by automatic rotating system
