The entire part family adopts Polylac PA-757F ABS from Chi Mei, a classic food-contact safe ABS resin with full FDA certification, tinted solid black for the finished product.

  • Balanced rigidity and impact resistance: the finished housing resists bending deformation and minor dropping cracks, with a working temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃ to adapt to daily ambient temperature changes.

  • Stable molding shrinkage at 0.5%~0.7%, which guarantees outstanding dimensional consistency during mass production.

The standard submerged gate diameter is controlled at 0.8~1.2mm. Strict raw material drying is required before molding to avoid cold material blockage inside the narrow gate channel.
