Mold Structure & Material Advantages
To meet long-term stable cosmetic mass production requirements, both cavity and core are made of high-grade XFS136R corrosion-resistant stainless steel with hardness HRC 48–52. This steel grade provides excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, effectively resisting material volatilization and mold staining caused by PP raw materials, ensuring ultra-long mold service life and low failure rate.
The mold is equipped with a stable hydraulic unscrewing and core-pulling mechanism, which automatically completes internal thread demolding without manual intervention. The fine nozzle gate design leaves almost no gate marks, greatly reducing post-processing work and improving product yield.
