This custom injection mold is designed for manufacturing a 2-piece plastic connector set. The molded parts adopt FDA-grade white ABS POLYLAC PA-757F material, which meets food contact requirements. It features a 1+1 cavity design, one mold produces two different connector components simultaneously to boost production efficiency. We use large sprue submarine gate for gating, paired with XPM pre-hardened mold steel (HRC37-43). The mold surface finish follows SPI standard: SPI C2 for cavity side and SPI B2 for core side, delivering stable surface quality for mass production.
