Q: Can you customize overmold according to my 3D file?A: Yes. We accept custom mold development based on your STEP/IGS 3D drawings. Our engineers will do DFM review before starting mold work.
Q: What if I move the mold to another factory later?A: Free mold maintenance is only offered when the mold stays at our factory. No free maintenance service will be available after mold transfer to third-party plant.
Q: What material options for overmolding can you support?A: We support TPE, TPU, silicone and other soft materials for overmold tooling, matched with different substrate plastics.
