This custom injection mold is built with standard mold base for cold runner system. The submarine gate structure is applied to hide gate mark on non‑visible area of clip ring components. We perform mold‑flow analysis to balance filling for 1+1 different cavities, avoid short‑shot or over‑packing issues between two parts. Both cavity and core adopt XPM pre‑hardened steel, processed and polished to SPI‑A2 mirror standard inside our workshop. Every injection mold goes through multiple trial runs to verify part dimension, surface quality and ejection performance before delivery.
Plastic raw material: Polylac PA‑757F ABS, FDA‑approved grade, white. This ABS grade features high gloss, good rigidity and food‑contact compliance. The mold shrinkage rate 0.5% is reserved on mold dimension to guarantee accurate final part size.
