Q: Can you make the overmold based on my STEP / IGS 3D drawing?A: Yes. We accept custom mold development according to your 3D files. Our engineers will perform DFM review before machining starts.
Q: What soft materials can your overmold support?A: We support TPE, TPU, Silicone and other flexible elastomers for insert overmolding, matched with various rigid substrate plastics.
Q: What about mold maintenance after mold completion?A: Free maintenance is only provided when the mold stays in our factory. No free maintenance service is available after mold transfer to third-party factory.
Q: How long will the mold lead time be?A: Mold lead time starts counting once the final drawing is fully confirmed. We will provide a detailed project schedule after drawing approval.
