What is the in-mold labeling ?
In-Mold Labeling is a technology that embeds labels directly onto the surface of the product during the injection molding process. It is a new label packaging form that is different from traditional direct screen printing, heat shrink labels, and self-adhesive labels. It is mainly used for injection molding products of PP, PE, PET and other materials.

The working principle of in-mold labeling is to inject the printed in-mold label into the mold before injection molding. When the mold is closed for injection molding, the special adhesive on the in-mold label melts under the action of high temperature and pressure and becomes integrated with the surface of the product. When the mold is opened, a beautifully printed product is completed in one go.
