1.bottle cap mold design scheme :
Feeding method: Considering the thin-walled structure of the bottle cap, the material must be fed from here to fill it up.
Demolding mechanism: It adopts dual demoulding mechanisms with forced demoulding on both the movable and fixed molds, and a delayed ejection mechanism with a sliding core to ensure smooth demoulding of plastic parts in a deformation-free space.
2.Mold opening process:
Under the action of the spring, the mold is molded at C-C, and the fixed mold push plate pushes the plastic part out of the core. Continuing to open the mold, the friction between the main pillar, the fixed template and the degumming plate causes the mold to be molded at B-B and A-A, and the condensate of the pouring system is scraped off.
3.De-mold mechanism:
The ejector pin of the injection molding machine pushes the push plate, and the push tube pushes the plastic part forward. When the sliding core reaches the end of the stroke, it drives the plastic part to deform and force it to be demoulded.
4.Material Selection: Polypropylene (PP) material is usually used because it has good toughness and resistance to bending fatigue, and is suitable for clamshell designs that are folded and used multiple times.
5.cap mold product injection molding process:
Put the mixed material into the injection molding machine, heat it to a semi-plasticized state, and inject it into the mold cavity through pressure. After cooling and shaping, the bottle cap is ejected through rotation.
