Mold processing process：
1.customer provide 3D drawing (stp or step format) or product sample.
2.Our engineer team will make Dfm report to client for confirm
3.if product requirements before mold design ,we can make the mold flow analysis .
4.after mold flow analysis ,then begin to make mold design
5.we will send the 3D drawing of mold design to client for confirm.
6.then oder and prepare the mold steel and mold components.
6.begin to mold tool process : cnc machining -mirror EDM machining-wire cutting machining-mold polish-mold assembly -- mold trial and get the sample ---after client confirm the sample ,we begin to mass production.
mold tool quality control:
We have CMM,projector ，Microscope，Seat hardness tester，Portable hardness tester.

We have passed ISO9001 2015，ISO 13485 quality certification and medical certification.

What is medical injection molding:
Medical injection molding refers to using an injection molding machine to heat, plasticize and melt the plastic, and then inject it into the cavity of the mold for molding. After cooling, the melt solidifies and then is demoulded. Finally, the products injection molded by the injection molding machine are obtained. This process has a wide range of applications in the medical field and is mainly used to manufacture a variety of plastic products, such as daily necessities and complex components in medical equipment.
