Key Selling Points
1. Double-Sided VDI21 Full Texture (Cavity + Core)
Most sleeve molds only texture the outer surface. This mold applies VDI21 fine matte texture on both cavity and core. The inner hole and outer circle of the grip sleeve/shaft sleeve present uniform delicate grain. It greatly improves anti-slip performance, enhances assembly friction, covers tiny molding flow marks, and delivers a high-grade unified industrial appearance for the whole batch of products.
2. Professional Solution for 30%–50% High Glass Fiber PA6
PA6 with 30–50% glass fiber is highly abrasive and difficult to mold, easily causing mold scouring, flash, rough surface and product warpage. This mold adopts high-hardness anti-wear mold steel + precise shrinkage compensation + balanced runner system. It effectively resists long-term fiber scouring, stabilizes product roundness and wall thickness, and solves common defects such as weld lines, sink marks and dimensional deviation in high-GF sleeve parts.
3. Ultra-High Wear Resistance & Longer Mold Lifespan
Aiming at the strong abrasiveness of glass fiber, the mold core and cavity are heat-treated to achieve stable hardness, with excellent anti-scouring and anti-wear performance. Even after long-term continuous injection of high-fiber materials, the VDI21 texture will not wear out or blur, and the mold will not produce frequent burrs. It greatly reduces mold maintenance frequency and ensures stable mass production consistency.
4. High Precision Tubular Molding for Sleeve Series
Handle sleeves, shaft sleeves and grip sleeves require extremely high concentricity, roundness and assembly tolerance. This mold adopts precise positioning structure, uniform cooling design and optimized ejection balance. The finished tubular parts feature smooth inner holes, straight body, no deformation, no ovality, fully meeting mechanical assembly and dynamic matching requirements.
5. Stable Anti-Deformation Structure for High-Rigidity Parts
High-content glass fiber PA6 is prone to post-molding shrinkage and warpage. Through professional mold flow analysis and cooling balance optimization, this mold effectively controls internal stress of thick-wall sleeve products. The finished parts own high mechanical strength, strong toughness and excellent wear resistance, ideal for power tool handles, mechanical shaft protection and industrial grip components.
