This is a tailor-made injection mould specially developed for 2M new panel plastic parts with PC material. Adopting a 1+1 paired cavity layout, the mold can produce 2 finished panels in one single injection cycle. The front mold is made of premium S136 stainless steel, matched with big sprue plus horn submarine gate feeding system, with a customized shrinkage ratio of 0.5% for PC raw material. It features stable molding performance, excellent surface finish and low post-processing cost, ideal for medium & long-term mass production of electronic switch panels and shell components.

Q2: Is the rear mold also made of S136 steel?A: By default the rear mold adopts 718H or P20 cost-effective mold steel. If full S136 is needed for the whole mold, we can adjust material configuration as requested.
Q3: What is the lead time for this mold?A: Standard production cycle is 15–20 working days after drawing confirmation, including CNC machining, EDM, polishing and trial testing.
Q4: Does the mold come with injection molding drawings and 3D files?A: We will deliver 2D engineering drawings, 3D mold design files and operation instruction documents together with the finished mold.
