This is a high-precision multi-cavity injection mold specially designed for producing high-gloss PC plastic plates, switch panels and electrical faceplates. Adopting a flexible 2+1+1 cavity layout, the mold is equipped with submarine hidden gate and large sprue feeding system to achieve smooth filling, automatic gate breaking and flawless surface quality. The mold cavity and core are made of premium 1.2083ESR stainless mold steel with vacuum heat-treated hardness of HRC 48-52. All cavities are finely mirror polished to meet the ultra-high surface requirements of transparent and glossy PC materials.
