Product Overview

This custom plastic component injection mold is professionally tailored for mass production of general PP plastic structural parts, adopting mature 1×2 cavity layout, two finished plastic components per single molding shot to balance production efficiency and mold cost. Equipped with large sprue feeding structure, the injection mold solves PP’s high shrinkage & fast cooling defects effectively, ensuring stable melt feeding and sufficient packing pressure for consistent part dimension.
Core and cavity of the injection mold are fabricated from premium 2083 pre-hardened mold steel, heat-treated to hardness HRC46–48, featuring excellent polish performance, anti-rust property and uniform texture forming capacity.
